My approach is informed by my background in Linguistics and speech therapy, corporate learning and development, and my experience as both a teacher and a learner of language. It starts with treating each student as an individual, with their own needs, experience, and goals.

Adult learners' time is precious. Between family, work, and the other ways we invest in ourselves, there's no time for generic lessons, apps with endless notifications, study lists, group classes that move at someone else's pace, or conversation practice with a tutor or bot that give no structured feedback on what we actually need to work on.

What we want is natural, human conversation with structure and feedback specific to us. We want progress we can measure and want our investment of time, energy, and money to matter.

That's why I built Real English Errors: for B1 to C1 learners who know they're making errors and have gaps, but aren't sure where, or how to fix them.

​

My degree in Linguistics is how I understand English as a system; errors aren't random, they have root causes we can address. My background in speech therapy shapes how I teach pronunciation and track errors toward mastery. And my years in L&D taught me that learning has to earn its place in a busy day, as a real investment in the future.

I am bilingual Romanian and a learner of Spanish.
